Let me introduce myself

Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I have been married to my husband for over 12 years and we have one amazing son. I am a sign language interpreter and I love my job more than anything...well except crafting. I have been a scrapbooker for about 20 years. Most of my crafting stopped when we moved out to a ranch and I had my son. I have been getting back into the swing of things the last few years and I have developed a huge passion for coloring. I wanted to show you a few samples of my work and I have several amazing artists I love to color and I will be doing separate posts about them in the future. You can see most of my work on my Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/linawcolors/

This is from the book Color me Stress Free by Angela Porter. I used Prismacolor Premier pencils and a Sakura Gelly Roll gel pen to achieve the gemstone look. You can get the book here: http://amzn.to/2lksEdX

This is another one by Angela Porter from her book Entangled. This one is done only with Prismacolor Premier pencils and blended with a colorless blender. You can get this awesome book here: http://amzn.to/2m3GV2C

This is the first one I ever did with my amazing Spectrum Noir markers. This page made me fall in love with these and they will forever be my favorite marker. This page is from the book The Art of Coloring Mandalas available here: http://amzn.to/2mpzq79

I also have the amazing honor of being the cover artist for a few coloring books. I have two front covers to date.

This was my first cover. I colored this one using only Prismacolor Premier pencils and I used a glitter gel pen for a few accents.  I am very proud of the cover, however, I will admit that the inside of this book has some major adult only content. If you are into a different kind of coloring you can check out the book here: http://amzn.to/2m9sR8g

This is the book Hearts and it is my latest cover. This has to be one of my most proud accomplishments to date. I colored this one with my beloved Spectrum Noir markers with a few Prismacolors to make the shading really pop. The artist of this book is an amazing lady Patty Burke and this book is a dream! http://amzn.to/2m3Ptq9

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. If there are any techniques you want to see please feel free to let me know.
